He began as an Investment Analyst, progressed to Director of Research, Separate Account and Mutual Fund Portfolio Manager, President of Waddell & Reed Asset Management Co and Chief Investment Officer. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts, and is a past chairman of the Board of Regents of the Financial Analysts Seminar. William M. Mr. Washington retired in 2001 as an executive in the telecommunications industry, including Sprint, Inc., and its predecessor, United Telecommunications. Mr. Washing is also a former commissioner with the Kansas City Park and Recreations Commission.

Harry E. Wilkins, III, M.D.

Harry E. WilkinsDr. Wilkins was most recently the Medical Director of the Trauma Department at St. Luke’s Hospital. A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Wilkins is dedicated to improving internal processes and utilizing existing resources in order to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective clinical services to the community.
